ONLINE TRAINING. HERE’S A LIST OF A FEW OF THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING TO THE CLIENT:

-YOU DON’T HAVE TO GO TO A GYM (GOOD IF THEY ARE INTIMIDATED BY THE ENVIRONMENT.)

-SCHEDULING IS A NON-ISSUE (GOOD FOR BUSY PEOPLE WHO FIND IT A NUISANCE TO FIGHT OVER THE FEW CONVENIENT SPOTS IN A TRAINER’S SCHEDULE.)

-MORE COST EFFECTIVE (CLIENTS DON’T HAVE TO PAY THE GYM OVERHEAD SO CAN GET A BETTER TRAINER AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE.)

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

-ONLINE TRAINING NUTRITION PLAN

I WILL ASK YOU TO COMPLETE A FOOD DIARY ON A DAILY BASIS WITH YOUR USUAL EATING HABITS. AFTER THE FIRST WEEK I WILL ASSES YOUR DIET AND SUGGEST ANY CHANGES NEEDED IN ORDER TO SUSTAIN MUSCLE GROWTH. FOR THE REMAINING 3 WEEKS I WILL STILL BE REVIEWING YOUR DIARY WEEKLY TO ENSURE THAT THE NUTRITION PLAN IS WORKING WELL FOR YOU AND WE CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES IF NEED BE.

- ONLINE TRAINING WORKOUT PLAN

IN ORDER TO CREATE A TRAINING PLAN SPECIFIC FOR YOU I WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A VIDEOCALL TO ASSES YOUR CURRENT CONDITION IN TERMS OF MUSCLE BALANCE, ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY.

I WILL THEN CREATE A TRAINING PLAN FOR YOU TO FOLLOW.

VIDEO CALL ONCE A WEEK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, CHECK YOUR TECHNIQUE AND PROGRESS. I WILL BE AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE TO LET YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR ONLINE TRAINING.
